For purely aesthetic reasons, what is your ideal of the perfect male genitalia?

Are you more fond of the classical aesthetic (small penis over a compact scrotum) or prefer an already large at rest penis and large, hanging, testicles? Or something completely different.

This is aesthetics we’re trying to debate so, by definition, this is completely subjective.
