You can hold your breath and achieve the same results.

Regardless, it is a show of violence and a behaviour considered dangerous, as it actively endangers an individual. No amount of restrain or knowledge on it deems it as safe.
I have to respect those who view it differently but I will not uphold or defend it.

For show but I’ve been reading some really disturbing articles on erotic asfixiation and what was once a niche has become a scary trend and more and more people are viewing it as a “normal” thing to do during sex.
It is an obvious and clear show of violent behaviour, it is not something that should be done under any circumstances. People die because of it.
The machine is just returning more of what you are searching. It was made specifically with that intent. Wipe your history.
The organ may be vestigial, as we have diverted the majority of our brain towards sight but the pheronones, regardless small, still play a role. Body chemistry changes as we age and part of the change is signaled through that pheromone activity. Sweat glands also play a role, obviously, but there are subtle cues from that ancient body chemistry at play as well. It no longer sends us into heat at a sniff but it still moves those primal parts of the brain.

There are DMs. We can be cordial towards one another
Pheromones still play a role in humans, as little as it may be.

What is stopping us?
Pheromones.

Personal taste is not up for debate but to lament.

That is a nice detail: not veiny. Popping veins is not something I like to see, on anything. Just seems wrong.

I am asking a simple, direct, concrete question. I’m missing your point, I want to understand.

What is your point?
Just because you, does not mean you should.
It applies very well to the situation at hand, in several degrees.

I wasn’t trying to aggravate anyone. If you don’t review yourself in what I said, it is your prerrogative. In the same way, I have the right to position myself within a mindset and posture where I am comfortable to interact with others, in the same way others have the right to do so towards myself.
So, in regard to your well intended comment: what is the point of it? To force generalization onto everything, to the point individuals must abdicate their individuality in detriment of a generic, hollow, correcteness?
Am I supposed to be ashamed to address another man, that so affirms himself as such, as a gentleman? And am I not allowed to designate a woman as such, if a woman defines herself like that? There is a lot of people out there exactly trying to define themselves as they feel and fighting and struggling to be accepted as such.
So let’s just allow each other to express ourselves as we feel comfortable and understand as correct, providing nobody is actively trying to insult or devalue another.
By all accounts, the conversations started “gendered”. I replied in form. Your take is not wrong. Mine is not wrong. We’re just approaching the same subject from different perspectives.
Because kindness and courtesy to the next are reward enough?

If you are welcome or, even better, invited to look at a woman’s derrière and you point such a detail you can be fairly certain the panty lines are there to be noticed.
Otherwise, as per your comment, you are not blind, so keep your eyes and your opinions for yourself.
A gentleman never does or says or implies anything that may cause discomfort to another, even more if towards a woman. If the gentleman opts to do so, he then willingly and knowingly engages in insult, which implies matters have reached a very dark turn of events.
A woman can wear whatever she feels like it and nobody has the right to say two cents on it.
We’re lucky when we’re made aware they have underwear and even luckier when there is no underwear.

I agree. Makes no sense people getting it on left and right while the world and reality as they knew it falls apart. And it only gets worst if zombies are thrown into the mix.
But it can work.
Unlike what the glut of apocaliptic novels opt to explore, with people turning into savegery and barbarism, when confronted with a grim reality, where no help is coming or may ever be available, people tend to band together. Amd tension and trauma tends to forge strange pulls towards others; people that otherwise would never look at each other may find themselves eyeing the other for any support they can get.
My story starts ugly and in the unravelling of the events, two individuals find themselves searching in the other any sort of comfort. While the undead roam outside.
So, it can work.

Pass. Fear triggers fight or flight responses and I tend to act violently when in fear.

It can be considered a form of torture.
Hypoxia is hypoxia. There is no way to redefine the concept of starving the central nervous system of oxygen.
How you achieve such state is open to imagination and that is a wide field of debate.
Returning to my previous point on holding your breath: it is possible. The amount of oxygen you can hold in the lungs is limited and the amount of time you can survive on it is also limited.
If the aim is to induce the rush coming from the oxygen starvation, one only needs to hold their breath while phisically exerting themselves, like tensioning the entire body.
There are reports on athletes reaching sensations close to sexual pleasure from this, like weight lifters, swimmers and runners. The body chemistry is complex but a probable cause may be the body mistaking the lack of oxygen with an imminent danger and triggering the release of a cocktail of endorphines to ease pain and ready the body for fight or flight, which is known and documented to elevate perception.
Tying this with hypoxia for sexual pleasure is not hard but I’m not about to share anecdotes or ideas on it and risk being accused of sharing harmful ideas.
