Regardless, it is a show of violence and a behaviour considered dangerous, as it actively endangers an individual. No amount of restrain or knowledge on it deems it as safe.

Violence is using force to harm. No “regardless”. Stop calling a consensual act that does no harm “violent” when it isn’t.

Come up with whatever definition of violence you want. I’m not here to play semantics. If you choke someone, you are okay with the risk of killing them. That’s your risk profile, and you need to cop to it.
