I don’t think that it’s a sustainable way to achieve the good goals just by some minor intimidation.
The point of the chart above is to understand that:
The rich are a minority and their incredibly excessive consumption is a problem, about 15% of the problem. But not 100% of the problem.
The rich are a problem because of their power, they’re holding the world back from what needs to be done.
The American Dream is not compatible with sustainability. Temporarily embarrassed millionaires need to stop trying. We need private sufficiency and private luxury, not each individual or family founding their own empire and their own species if possible.
Far be it from me to defend billionaires, but if you don’t understand that violence towards other sentient beings, including billionaires, doesn’t align with veganism - theory or “praxis” - I question your suitability to Mod a vegan community.
