Keep applying to get other better paying support job, within or outside the company Work in parallel getting trained and certified in A+ etc 2.5. Keep applying to get other better paying support job Get more certificates 3.5 Keep applying to other jobs of interest and desired pay Repeat step 3.5 until retirement.
