    My hoa has this. Wish I knew before I moved in. My car got vandalized, and the offender was their friend. They decided to protect him and not give out the recording. Also sent out email with disclaimer: cameras are not for our safety or security. What are they for then?!?! Stalking us?!?

        Sue who? I don’t know the guy. And I have no proof. All i have is a bad photo of him near my car.

            Ha, good luck with that. Suing hoa is like shooting yourself in the foot. Gotta sell and move out before doing that, and by now they already deleted the recording. So it will lead nowhere. Nothing i can prove.

                People think tree law stories are wild but amateur radio antenna stores are on another level. If you want to see an HOA get stuck tangling with the feds, get an amateur radio license and put up a radio tower.

                Start doing crimes. When they use the cameras you show them the email about how cameras aren’t for safety.

                Youll go down, but itll feel like justice.
