I can’t sleep if there’s any sort of talking. For some reason I can’t tune it out and my mind latches onto every word
My ex would go to sleep to those CSI and true crime murder porn shows and I’d be laying there, mad, exhausted, with a pillow over my head, but still invested in whether or not the over-helpful neighbor was the real killer.
None. Can’t do it. If there are voices some FOMO bit of my brain has to listen to what they’re saying and I can’t sleep.
I do listen to music sometimes, for some reason lyrics don’t have the same effect on me as speech.

Superhero movies always do de trick; I cant keep my eyes open through 10 minutes of Deadpool, My last memory of that movie is he gets pegged by his girlfriend.
Last time my girlfriend and I had the flu at the same time, we spent our days on the couch, snoozing in and out of consciousness, with Bob’s Burgers on the TV. We felt so shitty, but Bob’s Burgers made it all a little less shitty.
Nothing. By separating sleep time and TV time, I’m less likely to fall asleep before I’m ready, and I fall asleep much faster when it’s bedtime.
Futurama
Futurama for me originally, then Rick and Morty for a while until they released the episode where a character says “Hey Siri Call 911” and after being woken up to my device confirming a call to emergency services I had to switch back to Futurama.
Not a show but a movie, And I use it to take afternoon naps.
U571. I really like the movie.
There is a scene right in the beginning of the movie where Matthew McConaughey greets a family at a wedding/ball I generally fall asleep right there and wake up 45 minutes later with the first torpedo attack.
It’s wild. It’s almost like a Timer, I used to take a nap.
