For some of you who might not be aware, Steam as of this very day has added a new option for Age Assurance, that being age account being at least nine years old and has had a consistent email address or billing information.
There will also be future verification methods down the line as well, so looks like things are heading in a good direction. Now if only our friends in the UK got such an option for account age as well.

Nice! I can confirm that my account has been verified automatically and I’m able to just navigate straight to the store pages for The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077. Am I remembering correctly that we used to get a dropdown age gate on those pages? If so, things are now smoother than they used to be. Still, they could have implemented this method to begin with.
