Scotland do. I don’t know many other places where kilts are traditionally worn.
Ireland is the other. Then less traditionally in Brittany, Cornwall, Wales and Spain.
The Republic of Ireland messure distance in Km. But time runs slower here so that may throw the maths off.
In Spain where Basque country (País Basco)?
