The 79-year-old is believed to have used makeup to hide bruising on his hand on several occasions since returning to office, but the application appeared particularly thick during his visit to The People’s House museum.

Also the state level shitheads are going to be more resistant to him. Anything Vance will do is more likely to require a lot more tit for tat, which while that won’t stop him outright it will slow him down and probably stall or stop certain things.
It’s a trade-off. He’s a much more reliable puppet for Project 2025, but the Republican Party is a cult of personality held together by Trump and Vance has negative charisma. I’d take my chances with Vance.

The difference is venous bleeding (slow, low pressure) versus arterial bleeding (fast, high pressure).
