So, I’m seeing a lot of hate for Rob on the current season of 90 Day, and after two episodes I don’t really see why? Like yeah, he seems pretty average, But I’ve definitely seen way worse men on this show. To me he’s done nothing particularly aggravating. Why are people disliking him?

It’s this. Lately so many of them are joining the show to boost their social media numbers and get their supposed “brand” more publicity. It’s almost surprising now when a person has a real job. (I miss those goofy beekeepers.)

who else wanted a beekeeper matchmaker spin-off? they can’t be the only lonely international beekeepers looking for love in a hopeless place

And why are almost all of the men “personal trainers”? How many of those are there out there in the world???

Easy job for a person who spends all their free time on fitness and has a nice body. People will pay for their advice and “training”. It’s an easy self-boss gig.

Better to be a personal trainer instead of calling yourself an “influencer”. I know a few that work really hard at it. They just make fitness their entire life.

I believe most are sex workers just like the women. They are professional escorts who spend a great deal of money and effort on their appearances. They don’t seem to own real businesses, or professional careers. & still live very well on duping “admirers”.

Considering everyone is a wannabe content creator/influencer now, it’s just a product of the times. Like, everyone at least TRIES to get the views. So I don’t get why people on the show specifically get torn down when it’s common with legit every day people everywhere.

This is the extent of my social media so saying EvEyOne… that is a massive generalization. It’s one thing to be on FB but to go to a reality show for content and to sell your “brand” is a whole other story.

Obviously it’s never literally everyone. Just stating that the prevalence of it in todays society means it will be seen more on slice of life kind of shows like this or whatever lol

That sounds like the answer. For me, he’s too bland to justify me putting forth enough mental energy to form an opinion.
