So, I’m seeing a lot of hate for Rob on the current season of 90 Day, and after two episodes I don’t really see why? Like yeah, he seems pretty average, But I’ve definitely seen way worse men on this show. To me he’s done nothing particularly aggravating. Why are people disliking him?

Aaah, he told her that he “can’t stand” her within a few mins of meeting at airport. He embarrassed her beyond with his childish dance then ridiculous proposal. He’s a control freak bum who at 32 needs to get his shit together.

The “dance”. He acted like this was gonna be the most romantic proposal ever. It was pathetic. Just like his moves to make the apartment better for her. A table with a tv to game with him. He seems a little full of himself.

he looks like a cheap version of craig david & it grosses me out

i don’t like him because he’s not nice to sophie. telling her he can’t stand her, she’s ruining his vibe, etc. he got nasty with her because she told him that when she pressed the buttons on the elevator in a normal way, it worked fine for her. he thinks he’s hot shit, & he is. but not the way he thinks.

That sounds like the answer. For me, he’s too bland to justify me putting forth enough mental energy to form an opinion.

Considering everyone is a wannabe content creator/influencer now, it’s just a product of the times. Like, everyone at least TRIES to get the views. So I don’t get why people on the show specifically get torn down when it’s common with legit every day people everywhere.

This is the extent of my social media so saying EvEyOne… that is a massive generalization. It’s one thing to be on FB but to go to a reality show for content and to sell your “brand” is a whole other story.

It’s this. Lately so many of them are joining the show to boost their social media numbers and get their supposed “brand” more publicity. It’s almost surprising now when a person has a real job. (I miss those goofy beekeepers.)

I believe most are sex workers just like the women. They are professional escorts who spend a great deal of money and effort on their appearances. They don’t seem to own real businesses, or professional careers. & still live very well on duping “admirers”.

Easy job for a person who spends all their free time on fitness and has a nice body. People will pay for their advice and “training”. It’s an easy self-boss gig.

Better to be a personal trainer instead of calling yourself an “influencer”. I know a few that work really hard at it. They just make fitness their entire life.

Rob is a perfect example of someone who has a very fragile ego and has a chip on their shoulder. Anything his partner is shut down is a personal attack in him because he is insecure even though he likes to pretend he’s confidence.

Just saw the clip of the Sophie saying no she’s trying to sleep and him taking her clothes off anyway so there’s that. He brushes aside her feelings multiple times and even seems to be leading towards emotional abuse.

Not true! California is the golden state for a reason. I’m in mid city LA and our house is over 2million! Shit is expensive everywhere in LA ! Only people living lavish here are those in westwood/ west Hollywood/ Beverly Hills/ bel air. My parents have several multimillionaire friends. My point is, if you’re living in Los Angeles , CA and not making money, don’t expect to make money anywhere else. Rob has no hustle in him. He’s a lame.

Yup LA is money city. People here are only broke if they choose to. People are comfortable and lazy and love to live off the government. It’s 2023 everyone got the same opportunities.

Lol no not everyone has the same opportunities in 2023. I grew up in poverty and it’s NOT easy right now for anyone. I don’t know how it is in LA I will admit (although the consistent issues with homelessness suggests you’re not correct about everyone having the same opportunities), but over here on the east coast, it is ROUGH. People are losing their homes left and right due to inflation and stagnant wages.

I was saying I don’t think he IS middle class, he’s probably more poverty level in context of the location. I know someone who lives out there in a one single room apartment, when my former roommate went to visit she couldn’t even walk the neighborhood at night- and irs not cause they’re lazy, it’s because it’s what they can afford.

He lives in an area of the US that is overrun with poverty and it’s getting worse. He has to prove he has the income to support her for the visa, which means he has it. But he’s in a huge high COL area where countless people are living in tents. Dude at least has a roof. I don’t know what everyone expects from Americans at this point, they ain’t all rich.
