It’s actually no that bad. This takes the horsey only 2 moves to get to the carrots, placing them right next to it would be quite a bit meaner
It’s a 3x3 board, there’s no sequence of moves that can reach the center.
Some describe the movement of the horse as one square like a tower, and another like a bishop, but if it was like one square like a bishop first, it will get the carrot in the first try.
