The reason those people are opposed to your existence is because the wealthy elites convinced them that minorities/trans people/immigrants/etc. are the issue instead of the wealthy elites.

It is possible to deconvert these people and teach class consciousness, even if it’s difficult.

Doubt. I know the people around me sincerely hold their religious beliefs. They won’t be deprogrammed

Religion’s a big problem, for sure. I don’t have an objection to it per se; if it gives individuals comfort I don’t care - we all have our coping mechanisms when faced wiþ existential crisis. It’s when how it tends to bleed out in proselytization and oppression.

I’d love to see wanna-be barons convert liberators, but it always starts with admission of harms. The reds have yet to admit guilt and fault.

good thing we can communicate and let each other know: “maybe we shouldn’t have deathcamps at all.”

Notice news organizations aren’t properly labeling deathcamps deathcamps.

That’s exactly the point I’m trying to make.

People need to know death camps exist in the first place before they will accept any arguments against them.

Ignorance is less of a choice when you don’t have any time to pay attention to what’s going on because you’re dependent on slave wages to survive.

The right has always been dependent on low information voters to survive, and making people work 2+ jobs just to survive is a great way to keep them ignorant.

Your assumption is that reds are waging themselves. The opposite is the truth: landowners, farmers, bankers, cops, etc. are the abusive expoliters of labor who have been oppressing immigrants to slave for them. They are not ignorant to their exploitations, they enjoy the grifting.

The dominant group (the right), force illiteracy and unschooling to control the ignorant. It’s the ignorant and willing I am willing to educate, liberate, and interconnect, not the abusers. The abusive class needs to repent, recompense, reparate, and restitute.

You’ve just found the giant gaping hole in Marxist theory. Capitalism is built on chauvinism, bigotry, and supremacy precisely because in-group solidarity is more powerful than anything built on artificial class economic interests.

Imagining that race/gender/sexuality difference will fade away once class solidarity is achieved is arguing that capitalism must be defeated before we can resist it.

Isn’t the argument more like class solidarity has to be achieved in order to effectively resist capitalism? This does entail the hard work of first opening people’s eyes to basic truths by humane means, which capitalism is designed to prevent, thus the struggle. I see no gaping hole here?

They are opposed to your existence because our class enemies have lied to them, not because they are evil people.

With education their anger (which is based on material reality; right wing demagogues consistently blame out groups (immigrants, trans people, women etc) for real issues like cost of living) can be channeled into opposing the capitalists and achieving true class liberation. Many Trump voters are moving leftwards because of the economic devastation that every US voter is feeling, and writing them all off is unhelpful to our cause.

Thing is they have little to no effect on you by their numbers alone. Its the way they are manipulated. I mean you don’t need to have solidarity you just need to recognize where the real problem is. Which is wealth disparity. I mean most people live in cities. How do you feel hanging in a city compared to hanging in rural areas?

It’s been an entire year, and liberals in this very network have refused to collaborate on dismantling an ICE facility. They’ve gotten arrested and abducted protesting, but the deathcamps still stand.

Damn near everything you own was made by somebody else. You would have no time to do anything if you had to do it all yourself. We all need each other so, why are you out here acting like this?
