When Friedrich Merz became Germany’s chancellor this year, he promised to revive a moribund economy, rebuild the nation’s neglected infrastructure and make the country relevant on the global stage again.
Well the national bourgeoisie want the AFD, factions in the usa who would benefit from a bunch of nationalistic statelets instead of a potential unified EU (if the EU is neoliberal garbo) want the AFD and the neo-nazi shadow-state also want the AFD. They are already the largest party and will likey continue to be so. I made the mistake of thinking there would be a coalition government between CDU-AFD first, but it seems once Ukraine falls - the AFD could reign alone.
I’m not surprised. It’s like Germany is doing everything it can to make sure that the AfD will win big in the near future.
By now, i don’t think it really matters which one of the parties is going to win. The one’s that have a chance are just too similar to each other.
Germany is a one party state. But in classic german logistical incompetence we have multiple of them.
hey, I’ve seen that one
