On the last season Lauren looked fun and Lauren’s profession is fashion so it made sense for her to be creative. But Bird just looks like she’s trying way too hard.
She always comes across like she’s trying too hard and, I think, it’s because she’s always trying to be somebody else. She lacks the ability to come up with her own look so she’s always playing dress up and misses the mark.
I also think she does it because she thinks she will stand out from her fellow contestants and give the appearance that she is on a higher/different level like closer to the host or something, and not just another contestant
