I think both clubs are in disarray in their own ways. Both have great managers but not idea players. United have good players on paper but who seem to have really poor attitudes and undermine the manager eventually.

Chelsea have spent a lot of money but have a completely new squad who have had little time together and are very raw.

It’s easy to say “Chelsea should because they spent 1bn”. But I am talking about their current squads, manager, board, situation etc

Chelsea. They have got a side that is almost ready to start fighting at the top but they need a top quality striker. Man United are all over the place. They can scrape 1-0 wins against the weakest sides in the league but get shit on when they go up against anybody half decent. They also have a massive mentality and attitude problem which Chelsea doesn’t seem to suffer from.

I see you never watched Chelsea play in the last couple of weeks when you decided to write this bullshit.

Chelsea as much of a joke as they have been they are a newly combined team with a very young squad, they’re beginning to gel and you can see that by their recent results.

Personally as a Newcastle fan I wish we’d played them 5-6 weeks ago rather than in two weeks time as I’m genuinely worried.

Nah New castle is going to beat us pretty convincingly. We can’t break down low blocks and they are probably the best low block in the league if not world. They don’t always play in a low block so if they decide to come out, we have a chance otherwise we’re finished

Depends how many of our players come back from injury over the break. Id feel confident in a fully fit Newcastle, our squad as it stands however is being held together by sellotape and a prayer! 😂

chelsea team is really young and they will get better.I think they will have the second best midfield in the world in 2-3years(real madrid is just too good in that area) all chelsea needs is a good striker.United needs big changes and recent transfers they made are really unlucky i dont think they can win anything anytime soon

In the short term Chelsea looks more likely but longer term United. I think the contracts Chelsea have handed out could come back to bite them if they are unable to move on players that they need to.

bro has never looked into the history of the league. liverpool were more dominant than city have been around the 70’s, manchester united similarly in the 90’s/ early noughties before chelsea started competing for the title.

Chelsea historically have won stuff even during their worst spells. Their worst ever premier league season aside from last year, they won the title the year before and the year after.

United have been consistently not in the title picture for a decade. Even when they win other cups they’re nowhere near consistent enough to win the league.

    Chelsea will win it first

Chealea, out of the 2. all they really need is a striker who can actually put it away and they have a solid team in a season or 2. Man U need a lot more than 1 player, plus I don’t think ETH is that great

    Chelsea and it isn’t close.

Their only problem is goals. Other then that they are quite solid. Keep in mind half of their squad is injured too and they had 3 managers last season.

Chelsea will be back after They buy a proper Striker, or when Nkunku comes back

    Chelsea comfortably.

Pochettino is a very good manager. ETH is not.

Chelsea squad is packed full of young talent. Give them a couple of years and they’ll be an absolute force.

Man Utd have no identity. An awful transfer strategy and an inferior manager.

I disagree with you saying that ETH is not a good manager. The United issues are deep rooted in the club and it’s beyond the manager.

I definitely agree with the second part. The whole club lacks a strategy and identity and it has been going on for years.

But I have seen nothing in ETH to suggest is a ‘very good’ manager. Performing at Ajax doesn’t count - we had Frank De Boer who had done that.
