So, I (15F) have a girlfriend Amy (17F). But I’m polyamorous so I’m also talking to another girl Elizabeth (15F). I started talking to Elizabeth after a mutual friend introduced me to her and we’re getting to know each other and find out if we like each other. We also are gonna video call and plan to meet up.

However, Elizabeth is also a trans girl so Dad won’t let me see her if he knows she’s trans, so I have to say she’s a boy (she uses any pronouns, so…) and I will just use her more masculine/gender-neutral name “Alex”.

Also, how do I have sex with her, because I’m curious, without getting pregnant and having my family know what’s going on?

Elizabeth is also really freaky, us being teens and all, and I feel like she’s changing me with her views on sex and all. My mutual friend of hers said she would definitely fuck me if we met up and started dating, and like I said, I am curious. I just don’t understand what happened to turn me from mainly asexual/ace spectrum to really horny for this person.

I will not be impulsive and just get to know her more but DAMN. She (or the picture she sent of me) is also CUTE???

    But seriously, I have but my Dad, as someone who obviously had sex, says sometimes they fail and I’ll get pregnant anyway.

      1. Be careful meeting people you met online. No matter how much you talk to someone online, you don’t really know them as well as you think you do. Please make sure a trusted adult knows where you are, who you’re with, and what you’re doing.

      2. Condoms are important but they should never be your only method of birth control. Ideally you combine different methods (i.e. condoms + iud or hormonal birth control) so that if one fails, the other will be likely to work.

      If your parents won’t let you get birth control, in many countries there are government agencies or NGOs who will provide birth control to you for free.

      The first part is true, the second part is fear mongering. The reported “typical use” is 18% failures over a year of use. This is why it is suggested to pair up birth control methods so it’s condoms AND something else. (There is nothing better than condoms for widely preventing STIs). I had sex with penis havers fairly regularly for ~10 years, had condoms fail 3 times, was stealthed once and have not had a pregnancy scare. That said I am cautious and insistent.
