Given that Everton have had a 10 point deduction, it is only a matter of time before Man City, Chelsea or Newcastle will get points deductions/potential relegation.

This could lead to following things:

- Big players, from these clubs e.g. Haaland, De Bruyne, Guimaraes will leave and would likely join teams from abroad.

- Likes of La Liga or Serie A chairman will be in UEFA’s ear about this, potentiall causing them to ban English Teams

- The PL will be seen by many as a corrupt league like Serie A in mid 2000’s and will have a knock on affect in which players may choose to sign for clubs like AC Milan or Bayern Munich ahead of English teams.

The PL isn’t going to implode if Chelsea and City get relegated (Newcastle haven’t breached any rules.)

It’s home to multiple clubs with worldwide support (Arsenal, Liverpool and Man United specifically) and many other teams capable of making and competing in Europe (right now Brighton, Villa and West Ham are all there.) Losing Chelsea and City isn’t going to break any of that.

You mean LA Liga where barca is accused of bribing officials Series A with all the juve scandal Or ligue 1 with just 1 team

Ppl like to be hysterical due to lack of knowledge or the desire to just shout wolf for the sake of it

What did Newcastle do? Being owned by the Saudis is not a crime. (Although it ought not to have been allowed. But here we are.)

If Serie A can survive their very exciting money scandals with almost no long term damage, so can the PL.

Also, players go where the money is. There’s some mental calculus outside of money, but not that much. For every player who turns his nose up at the PL, there’s eleventy-three players who will gladly take their place.

Why was Liverpool and United tacked on at the end? What rules have Newcastle broken?

It feels like someone dared you to make a post mentioning as many teams as you can.
