NOT DANGEROUS

The people who get mugged first are people like Armando, I don’t know if he is just putting a show but the whole thing is ridiculous. Armando and Kenny, are like going to Medellin Market and living in the Roma neighbourhood (that’s where all the foreigners live) it’s also one of the safest neighbourhoods in the city. It’s not like he is living in Oceania, Iztapalapa, La Viga or even Tláhuac. I’m born and raised in Mexico City, and I can say I have visited most of the city, and Armando being all freaked out about the city it’s like no dude, you don’t know the hoods in the city.

For anyone watching I can just tell you to come to visit Mexico City, the food it’s amazing from Michelin restaurants to stalls on the street, there is a lot of night life and if that’s not your thing there a lot of museums and beautiful architecture.

    I was assaulted and robbed by policemen while exploring a local market. I have another friend that was shaken down by cops. These are recent experiences.

      Well like in any country if that happens ask them to take you to the police station to fill a report (from both sides) and you want a translator. It will drop like flies if you ask for all of this (it’s not with their time)
