I’m still used to thinking that evil people are mostly caused by material factors and their environment, but with all the stuff I’ve been seeing recently, I’m slowly becoming more and more open to the idea that “sometimes evil is just evil”.
I’m still used to thinking that evil people are mostly caused by material factors and their environment, but with all the stuff I’ve been seeing recently, I’m slowly becoming more and more open to the idea that “sometimes evil is just evil”.
This is perfectly my own experience. Like make sense to putting my head down and slaving myself, and I can do it for long stretches of time, like cutting cane for the revolution, even if it’s a generation after my death, or for rebuilding after revolution, if during my lifetime, so generations behind me can work an hour or two less a day.
But what poors* are getting for it now is luxury – for the billionaires.
