Venezuela, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Yemen, and Somalia.

And on some level the United States could be on that list.

Dang, that matches Obama’s score. Obama was simultaneously bombing Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Pakistan, and Yemen.

I hate that our culture seems to really, really love a warmonger.

He was, but he also did it with some senate oversight and approval. Not saying the bombings were right but it was at least more right.

Except we are comparing 8 years of Obama against not even a full year of trump.

Another reason it is not apples to apples comparison is that trump disabled all the transparency reporting that were under Obama, so we know only what they are willing to tell us.

          Yeah.

Obama was so transparent he spent his whole presidency trying to get Julian Assange killed.

Also, just in 2016, Obama dropped 20,000 tons of bombs on these countries

The dude loved bloodying his hands, and it’s silly to pretend that warmongering isn’t bipartisan.

I mean, technically the US was at war under Obama so some of those can be somewhat excused.

Trump matching the number of countries while not being at war is probably a little worse.

          Two of them.

          Out of seven.

Agreed. Donald is 100% worse. I feel compelled to mention Obama because if he weren’t unilaterally bombing countries on his kill list and getting away with it there wouldn’t be a precedent that this is acceptable behavior for an American president. Donald didn’t happen in a vacuum. He’s just another rung up the fascist ladder constructed by his predecessors, reaching back to Nixon.

We also need to consider the various ‘troublesome’ states within the US.
