While  I really hate overpopulation of areas-towns-cities-counties-states-countries is one-thing, because of horrible conditions for The Livable Earth & Living Beings, horrible places for members of our species to live…

I disagree with this, it is unfair to poorer people that still have to find a way into still overpopulated areas & can be done in other & better ways.
Overpopulation is the problem & this does not address that problem, just makes it harder for people to get to jobs & other needed activities.

Starts with raising taxes on Rich-Super Rich Economic Classes, then:
Condition benefits for having children, so that stops after 1st birthed child & 1st-adopted child,
No more immigration allowed, no jail in USA-ship back enforcement, but Everyone in USA are legal, no need for any more legal or illegal people in the country crap, Only the vote of the people can any Gov. violence-wars be done,
All that start any degree of violence-war in another country, just like if it was in The USA, then arrested & appear in court, when convicted go to jail
& Pay directly every single country’s people (not politicians), we have done violence-wars in their country, $100 of Billions
&
Raise gas prices, like EU,
&
Raise the amount of space, in 3-dimensions (not just on ground level dimension) to building ratio, if the buildings already, then they must be removed. Destroy bad condition buildings, build only replacement buildings elsewhere, where are more space. Also creating more space for green spaces.
