It’s Tyree’s chance to get some serious experience tomorrow.

Flip the switch Tyree!!! Find your inner Mad Max.

It should be fascinating to watch. As Warren Sapp would say: Built like Tarzan, plays like Jane.

Yeah he sucks tbh. Could’ve taken Carter or Gonzales and the Raiders made yet another horrible first round pick. He’ll be gone in a few years

Tyree has had his chance and Koonce is better. Tyree has done less with his snaps then Koonce. Drafting a rotational project in the first round… Just Zeigler things. Dude looks like a bigger bust then Cle somehow.

Dude sucks. He has been invisible virtually. I think his skill lacks and his heart is even smaller. Another dude cashing his first-round check. I’d be VERY happy to be wrong tomorrow and for the rest of his career. But he has shown zero to indicate that might happen. Good for Koonce stepping up the way he has

Not only this. There serious red flags about his production even in college. I remember hearing some of his push rushing analytics were shockingly bad at Texas Tech. He looked the part though. Sometimes that works out with a guy like Metcalf, but sometimes it doesn’t.

Coulda taken a shut down corner, addressed a real need. But noooo! Go ahead and take a gamble when the team had so many glaring defensive needs and solid or better guys available at 7 ffs

It’s disappointing that none of the younger DL draft picks are playing - they are mostly back to older guys. Nesta and Young don’t even see the field and Tyrees foot excuse is wearing a little thin. Some post was talking about how he tries and avoid the press don’t know if it’s true

I believe you have forgotten the sentiment many fans had when the Raiders drafted Kolten Miller. Many people wrote him off before he even played a snap. Miller struggled mightily early in his career. He’s turned out decent. Give the young man a year or two before we decide how good he is or isn’t.

There isn’t that luxury in the NFL. Miller may be an exception. The Raiders have no room for wasting 1-2 years for the “young man” to be coddled and see if he turns out ok. Notice the first round draft picks picked below him who will be in the Pro Bowl? He spent get to be paid millions and babied

Exactly! Gonzalez was the best choice given Carter’s off-field drama post Ruggs killing someone

Tyree is awful he hasn’t done shit all year. You don’t even notice when he is on the field which is crazy for a 1st round pick. Dude blows.

I’m not confident Tyree can bring it. We had most of the season to see it and it hasn’t happened.

Tyree has had his snap count diminish as the season has gone on. That’s not good. They should’ve taken Jalen Carter or traded back.

Its gonna be the same shit next year. All he does is try to bullrush hes a scrub with no pass rushing moves even in Texas Tech. Fuck McDaniels and Zeigler for taking this bust.

Yeah Gonzo would have been a excellent pick. He shut down Tyreek when he matched up with him.

I dont get it man, these guys are professional scouts and did not see that wilson only relies on strength and has no pass rushing moves.

Well, if he doesn’t get any better, he’ll be a bust. However, he still has time to get better. So he’s a future bust. Or a future impact player. Let the speculation begin.

He’s not going to me close to Maxx, that isn’t his skill set. He’s a big power rushing edge that should probably take some snaps inside. I never expected him to do much this season as he had a lack of camp and offseason due to injury. Next year and year after are what I’m watching for. We’ve seen flashes of what could be with him and I’m all for that. He needs to work on pass rush moves outside of bull rush. I understand peoples disappointment in his output, but I’m not sure the team was expecting a lot (he was supposed to be behind Jones). I hope with a full healthy off season we see the beginnings of a long career.

While Koonce saw similar limited snaps, his PR skillet was much more diverse (IMO). He had a few good moves in college that have translated to NFL.

He’s a bust. No progression in skills. You don’t draft DLs in the first round to be developmental. Especially considering who drafted him and we all knew he was on the hot seat. He had to perform immediately, and hasn’t.

I’m in Vegas for the fight tonight and I see a lot of Chiefs fans, and it’s not looking good without Crosby.
