I have never seen a player, who has won so little for their team, be so confident that they were not replaceable. He literally said he was going to retire after Gruden’s 10 year contract was up. I really wanted to win it with him but he really just isn’t that guy, and for some reason he’s the only Raiders QB to ever be handled with kids gloves.
