I just read a long thread about all of the things US expats miss about life in the US. I thought it would be interesting to ask about the opposite: What do you NOT miss about life in the US?

The only thing I miss about the US is family. That’s it. I don’t miss the political vitriol, the racial obsession, the driving culture, the attitude of live to work rather than work to live, the terrible food and beer and wine. I don’t miss the superficiality. I don’t miss the lack of personal freedom. I don’t miss the constant presence of armed police. I don’t miss anything.
Except for family.
