Diontae Johnson got into a "heated" argument with Minkah Fitzpatrick in the Steelers locker room before Cameron Heyward and T.J. Watt broke up the altercation, sources told ESPN.
The Tomlin effect. He does not get the credit he deserves being able to manage and keep the team upright. It’s hilarious hearing Steeler fans wanting him fired, Tomlin would have 15 head coach offers before he left the parking lot.
Great coach but his glaring weakness is hiring assistants. His hiring decisions have been like 90% of the issue in the Steelers underperforming over the years.
This is obviously going to get me downvoted and I genuinely love Tomlin, but what never gets discussed is that he has just as much responsibility as anyone for the team that looks like a 2-15 team. Yes, he pulls all his teams above .500 every year but also should hold some responsibility for never reaching that next level and constantly looking outmatched.
There’s a ton of nuance that I don’t have time to dive into and I agree more than half the teams would be happy to have him but sometimes that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s 100% perfect where he is at right now. But obviously the players love him and he brings stability to an org that loves stability so that goes a long way.

Those fans are a disgrace.
If they got their way, Pitt would have a new OC/HC every year that they don’t win a Super Bowl.
But give those racists what they want! Be really cool to see them argue that Matt Canada didn’t get a fair shot.
Trying 28.
He would be on the first flight to any place in the league.
I would 4 or 5 teams would trade their HC for the stability of Tomlin.
He wouldn’t even have hung up the phone before he had ten calls waiting on the line.

Things only the fans would know ⬆️
I know because I’ve listened to yall bitch about them before they inevitably get fired. Its happened more than once.
Steelers coaches before Canada don’t get fired. They get layered over and/or non-renewed
15 might be on the low end tbh.

Oh my memory is probably wrong, that was coher in 08 and 10
“There’s a ton of nuance I don’t have time to dive into”
Like how you can Tomlin and the organization credit for stability but pretend there’s no correlation between long term stability and success?
Of all the reasons to not like Tomlin
The cognitive dissonance is insane.
Black coach.
He’d have the U-Haul at his house by day’s end.
