AOC was solid. defense just folded and 2nd half play calling on offense was bad. AOC was making some really good throws. He has a laser, and when the O line gives him time he makes it happen. Have to remember his play caller is a guy whose never called plays in his whole career. He has an elite arm and his potential is sky high.

He might not be the future franchise QB. But to say that its a sure thing he’s not the guy is outright stupid. He can make every throw on the field, if he had a real O coordinator he would be balling out.
Raiders didn’t commit a penalty. Raiders didn’t turn the ball over. This came down to KC being better and making adjustments. The coaching chasm was on full display. Ultimately, the question for Mark Davis is going to be, do you think a players coach that is limited schematically like AP can elevate the team, or do you need someone with a system? I am still no closer to have a feeling on this. 2-2 is to be expected…Jets and Giants stink, Dolphins and Chiefs are elite. Can we beat teams more around our level in Minny, the Chargers, Indy and Denver (yes…Denver). Me thinks anything less than 3-2 in these last five games and we’re hiring someone like Frank Smith. Or Harbaugh.
Couldn’t agree more about AP. He made some terrible decisions out there. Inexperience was on full display. He isn’t ready to be a head coach in the NFL
I’m still game to give him a contract. It’s not like he picked the staff and the players love him. Plus I don’t trust us making a better pick. If there’s something out there that’s a home run sure, but I’d rather us build under AP at the moment
I dont understand how you completely ignore the fact that the Chiefs are much more talented and cohesive.
