I totally agree with you. I’m not pre-ordering either, not in 2025. But we are just a vocal minority, after all.

I don’t know. Gamers have very short memory and are driven by FOMO and social media coverage.

Just look at the whole Cyberpunk situation. Or, more recently, the Sparking Zero drama. Everyone pre-ordered the 120$ edition to play earlier, just because of shiny graphics ™️. Then, when the honey moon phase was over, the subreddit turned into a shithole full of frustration and complaints. The playercount numbers dropped. All you can see now is reports of bugs, glitches and so on. But still, most of these folks are already considering the purchase of SZ2, cause they are sure devs will definitely fix the issues.

Just watch GTA 6 pre-orders skyrocket as soon as Rockstar drops the 2nd trailer, next year.

Currently rewatching the second season of Daredevil. Wanted to refresh my memory for Born Again. I have to admit that the whole ‘war’ stuff with Stick and everything doesn’t really gets me. I prefer the more grounded stories. A very good series nonetheless.

I also watched the first part of the new Hellboy movie, and besides the special effects, they really nailed the visual direction.

It is truly beyond my comprehension how such a pathetic country like Russia can so easily invade other nations with force, destroy their infrastructure through both direct and cyber attacks, while Europe stands by, afraid to respond because WW3. Meanwhile, Putin keeps spreading his poison across the world, and has now the strongest west military force under his full control. Can EU politicians even connect the fucking dots?

Yeah, I think Marvel went into panic mode and tried to save face as much as they could. But, if you ask me, obliterating a multiversal threat that easily was so stupid. I mean, recasting sounds so much more natural than bringing your 60 yrs old Phase 1 icon back like a Tony Stark variant - or something like that.

Just think about it. The Kang army, all of his knowledge and powers, his connection with Reed Richards. So much potential wasted.

And yeah, Boyega would have been great as Kang.
