Also European here. They do. Certainly in the shops I’ve been in. Probably a country thing.

Well, and the non-fish too. More is needed than just fish twinks for a well-rounded diet.
I feel that Htc have been exclusively underwhelming for a while, same goes for their new reveal, Vive focus vision i think. Nice stats for a wireless pcvr headset, but still uses fresnel lenses :(
arkthos@yiffit.netto Virtual Reality@lemmy.world•New VR MMORPG Freeland is now available for free on Meta Quest and PC VREnglish1·9 months agoAlright I have now played it. It’s not worth looking into. Sure it might improve down the line, but I have 0 hopes for that. Avoid it.
arkthos@yiffit.netto Virtual Reality@lemmy.world•New VR MMORPG Freeland is now available for free on Meta Quest and PC VREnglish2·9 months agoSince it’s free I will probably check it out. The style seems to be all over the place though, with little care for any kind of world consistency. Seems like a popular design choice with metaverse stuff, but that is usually because of user generated content, not just the developer throwing a bucket of paint on the wall.
Also that trailer is fucking awful lmao. Oh well, let’s see if the game is any better than it. The concept of a vr mmo is admittedly alluring, I prefer a bit of gameplay direction rather than the total openness of vrchat etc. A world to get immersed into.

I think you’d just end up with bundles instead where there’s a single thing you actually want with a bunch of bullshit attached to justify a higher asking price.

I know there are some with little air holes in the bottom though, got a pair like that?

Sure, they shouldn’t need to actively support an eol game with servers and whatnot, that would be impossible in some circumstances. Is it too much to ask companies to have a plan to transition their games into a serverless state instead of letting yet another piece of culture die though? I don’t think so.
I don’t agree with this take at all. Agent Smith was definitely evil, the machines were victims of capitalist exploitation, which they just turned right around on humanity once they took charge.
I suppose that point is mostly explored in the sequels though.
With the Death of Rats squeaking along, having the time of its life with this mischief.
I play it with hotas and it works fine. You’ll absolutely still want to keep a keyboard and mouse handy though because the RTS/management half of the game is really not that well controlled with a flight stick.
