You should have RMAed it a year ago. I’ve had none of these problems with my launch 512LCD and no problems on my OLED LE with a direct image of the LCDs hard drive on it.
Mine must have been enabled by default because it had not problem connecting to my WPA3 network.
They really do, been seeing a lot of people afraid to even buy an OLED because of a loud minority of OLED owners.

Neither of those problems is a Steam Deck issue. One is an issue with your Hotspot the other is an Ubisoft issue.
