2 for myself: Warhammer 40k: Boltgun, and Bramble: The Mountain King
and 2 to co-op with friends or my brother: It Takes Two, and A Way Out
I’m currently flipping between Alien: Isolation and Boltgun, more invested in A:I cause that game is dope. I’ll then beat Boltgun and move onto Bramble before going back into my backlog. Chances are by the time all the above is done, I’m neck-deep in Xmas sales and will pick up a few other games then.
Agree wholeheartedly with this. Played Apex Legends for about 3 years straight, it took them to ban me for my username to finally jump back into my backlog of games and man, I’m thankful. Gaming is so much more meaningful when there are new experiences, stories to uncover, and progress to be made. Playing Apex, there would be those nights when you’re on an endless losing streak and I gotta tell ya, you leave feeling more hollow than a fetid rotting corpse in dark souls. Jumping into multiplayer games once in a while is nice, but to play it constantly like I did is not it.
I feel like I’m the only gamer to have bought both these games and didn’t like either
