I was doing my best to get my tbr under a thousand, but then I started adding upcoming 2024 titles……

I read around 300-400 books a year and I still own over 100 books that I haven’t read. It’s not the absolute worst thing to put a book aside until it’s the right time or the right mood.

I’m a mood reader, so I don’t have a schedule, but I do keep a list of what books are coming out during a month, or backlist books from authors that I like.

When working in a bookstore, I find myself taking half a step back from any guy who starts telling me how much he loves Peterson.
