Mine, er, if adjusted to todays dollars, would have cost $50k, when it was released, thirty years ago. Does that count?

I deliberately don’t listen to anything more expensive that $20k because that means I can say that my system is the best I’ve ever heard.

Do I prefer to drive a Tesla Model 3 every day? Yes. Did I enjoy the fact that hitting the gas in my 1966 V8 Mustang caused the whole care to rotate about the engine’s axis? Also yes.

That said, I’m digital all the way to the speakers.
