Some libraries have a program where you can give them a list of books/shows you like, or what mood/style you’re looking for, and they can curate a list for you.

I have a 1000-page Lovecraft anthology next to my bed. I bought it last spring and I’m only about 250 pages in. He has a couple different types of stories and it switches back and forth every story, so I finish a story I love to hit a dull one and then I close the book for a while.
