Yea. How do I check which instances can see eachother? Also other stuff like this instance I am using has dislikes disabled or the ones that ignore delete requests.

I don’t think there is a graph map of who can talk to who. But each instance has a link at the bottom of the pages called Instances where you can see the linked and blocked instances.
For example here is the link to reddthat instance page
