I really love the idea of getting face fucked/serving orally, but I struggle with jaw pain/lock ups if I go for more than a minute or so.

I can do licking it like a lollipop for a bit, but I’m not sure that’s wowing anyone.

    Well, the general advice is plenty of warming up, and practice.

    Largely though, it kinda depends on the root cause. If it’s from arthritis, there’s limits to how much warming up is going to do.

    If it’s something that’s purely muscular, or stems from something like fibromyalgia, you have a much better chance of eventually finding a way to enjoy longer sessions of triggering activity. In those cases, one of the usual muscle relaxers can help, but you’d need to loop your doctor in (though not necessarily in detail).

    You can also save it for long, thin penises. Not exactly something you can rely on, but it would be more bearable, so you could go longer.

      If it isn’t medical it is practice. It will take months of consistent practice and going at it.
