Send in their navy to escort Venezuelan ships. Tell the US to fuck off and just stand there menacingly. This shit is insane. It’s gotta fuckin stop. I’m so frustrated right now I don’t even have the fucking words. This is fucked
They don’t even need to do that they can just declare a trade embargo on usa and any intermediaries that attempt to circumvent that ban. Its completely legal under international law and as the largest importer of Venezuelan oil is a reasonable response to being denied their right to trade.
From what I heard China is actually being paid for some ‘massive’ loans it gave to Venezuela with (at least some of) that oil, so the usa actually could just be stealing a Venezuelan payment to China, which might not have been the case with any of the thefts so far but will likely be happen if the thefts continue.
