Wrong, it started as “Ubercab” and you could request a black luxury cab. It eventually turned into the app we have now with people trying to make ends meet. It was and is a taxi service.

Take a another look with an advisor in whatever country you are at. Its usually much easier to get a property second time around. Im not aware of your local laws and how banks can refinance you but there should be possibilities. Its good to spread risk. I used to have one property and it brought me stress knowing one single bad tenant could financially ruin me.

I try to make light of the situation but yeah tenants are usually filthy.

Ill start, I once paid my cousin to honk a car horn multiple times at night at a tenants house because I had to get them out (In my country you are only allowed to raise the rent with a certain % and kicking them out allows you to set a market conform price).

Took three whole months before they gave up.

I got a stream of emails with them complaining and video links they posted to Tiktok.

It was a hard time for me but the end results were positive and looking back I can laugh about it.
